Raven prince is a comic about an escaped slave learning to live free. Over time he meets new people and experiences what the world is like beyond his caged world only to discover freedom can be a burden as well.
Raven Prince was conceived over many years of collaboration with a group of like-minded individuals who all had a story to tell and aspirations to produce something greater than themselves. Oh who am I kidding? Raven Prince began where all great stories are created: through role playing. Raven Prince was created during many long nights of diceless rping on IRC. Although I currently supply the art and scripting, Raven Prince was created not soley by me, but by several close friends who with their own characters and ideas, helped this idea to grow into what you see today.
Characters
Gideon:
Gideon is an escaped slave from a manor located in the mountains north of Aaloria. Although well educated and skillful in sophistcated arts, he is very shy and withdrawn.
Xerath Rhei:
A foreigner from the country of Dantera. He works as a bodyguard-for-hire. He is highly skilled at dual weild fighting.
Kree Fi'Haven:
Kree is an elven woman who acts as a boarder for Xerath and Gideon. She is a trained herbalist, however does not seem to employ herself as one. She is unmarried, but has a young daughter named Qwin.
Qwin Fi'Haven:
Qwin is Kree's daughter, a full elf, however we do not know who her father is.
Aaloria
A Port city in the country of Esslenca. As a major port, Aaloria is home to races of all types of travellers and migrants. Just outside of the city lies the Castle of the King Rienoire. Because of this the city streets are policed by officially sanctioned royal guards.
